A home is a big investment, the biggest many folks will ever make. Buying or selling, you want to know what you have. We provide a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the home's accessible structure, systems and components.
Sewer lines are an unfortunately common and costly point of failure in a home. We can inspect the sewer line at the time of your inspection with a special camera to see if any obvious problematic conditions may exist. While we can't gurantee you'll never have problems, we can get a cleap picture of materials and condition.
11th Month Warranty Inspection:
If you recently purchased a new home, be sure to have an inspection BEFORE your 12 month warranty expires. We highly reccomend scheduling an inspection for the 11th month, to ensure any issues that have developed can be claimed prior to the warrant's expiration.
