Licensensed Home Inspector No. 61012167

Greetings!

Hugh Jones here, owner and Inspector at Pretty Good Home Inspections, LLC.

I have worked on construction, demolition, rehab and maintenance projects in: Washington, Idaho, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Peru and Cambodia.

I've built houses, torn them down, and/or rehabilitated them all around the United States and on 3 continents across the world.

I also have a passion for teaching, developed in my years as a graduate student and undergraduate instructor at Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy), but comes in handy when helping homeowers to understand the conditions we observe and producing detailed reports.

I'm in this business specifically for the ability to make my living by help neighbors make informed decisions about substantial investments.

Simply put: we're here because your inspection is work worth doing, and we are uniquely qualified to do it.  I am a Washington Licensed Home Inspector No. 61012167. , an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and an AHIT Graduate.

We look forward to inspecting your home,
